Dr Uche Iloka is a Senior Lecturer in Law and Research Degrees Coordinator at the School of Law and Social Sciences, Robert Gordon University (RGU), Scotland. He leads the PhD, Professional Doctorate, and MRes programmes, overseeing doctoral supervision, research development, and postgraduate strategy. He is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) and serves on several academic boards, contributing to institutional priorities in research enhancement, curriculum design, and student engagement. He previously held a five-year appointment as Visiting Professor at ESC Clermont Business School in Clermont-Ferrand, France.

Dr Iloka holds a PhD in Public International Law and Global Governance from RGU, alongside qualifications in International Commercial Law, Arbitration, and Negotiation. Public Leadership Credential from institutions including the Hague Academy of International Law and Universität Zu Köln. He also completed the Public Leadership Diploma at Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He is dual-qualified as a Solicitor of England & Wales and a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, with prior legal practice experience at Templars (Nigeria) and Alfred James & Co Solicitors (London), complemented by professional experience in financial services at HSBC Bank Plc.
